Community Impact Month

Yearly, our company gives something back to the community. Last 2016, I joined couple of activities for our community impact month (CIM). One of the activities was tree planting. The activity was held just in the heart of Metro Manila.

Here's us taking a pose in the middle of work ;-)
While we were busy with tree planting, some of our colleagues did a fence painting and played with the kids as well.

It is truly amazing to help the community in my own little small way. One day I wish I can do with more impact.

My First Snow Experience

When you were born and living in a tropical country like Philippines, snow is totally an amazing view for a first timer. Isn't it obvious in my face?

I feel so elated to see thick and crushed ice like we put in our dessert called "halo-halo". More about Sweden in my next blogs.

A Walk With Nature

Where: Masungi Georeserve - Baras, Rizal
For the full round of walking it will take you 3-4 hours. The hike was the easiest I had so far.

If you are interested to have an exciting out of town trip, do not hesitate to try this.

You can find more details at their official website: http://www.masungigeoreserve.com

Here are more pics taken.

Myeongdong Cathedral

The far view of the cathedral.
The concrete door that welcomes all the faithful.
The inside says a lot of beauty!

Whatta Hatta!

Want something away from the heat of the city of Dubai? Consider driving for an hour going to Hajar Mountains where you can find a very relaxing place - the Hatta Fort Hotel.

Dubai Marina

How amazing is it for a human mind to create a man-made marina in the heart of the so called "New Dubai".

If during the day you'll gonna love the scenery of the place,

the night is also fantastic with all the lights around the vicinity.
And the most rewarding is the chance to stay in one of the nearby apartments in Dubai Marina for a couple of weeks.

Help Help Help...

Every Sunday, St. Paul University in Pedro Gil, Manila feeds street people. People of different ages were already waiting outside the school building.
I was privileged enough to be invited by my High School classmate to volunteer on the school’s feeding program. I really love to take part on any community involvement activities. You can choose on what role you want.
Putting the food on the serving plate or packing them:
Serve it to the people:
And you can also wash the utensils:
Any role you want as long as you do it with all your heart, rest assured at the end of the day, it is a fulfilling experience to be part on such activities.
